De etherische olie van Indisch sandelhout (bot. Santalum album) heeft een houtachtige, warme, balsamische geur en is een hart- en basisnoot. De geur is evenwichtig, verwarmend, inspirerend en ontspannend. De olie wordt verkregen door stoomdestillatie van het hout van de plant. De sandelhoutbomen (Santalum album) groeien in bosbouwgebieden en garanderen ons een transparante herkomst van de waardevolle sandelhoutolie. Voor Sandelhout 10% mengen we 10% natuurlijk zuivere etherische sandelhoutolie met 90% jojobaolie.
